Your project files are for your handover—not our marketing.

1. Information we handle

We may receive your name, role, company, business email, telephone number, enquiry history, project deadline, scope and file-share details. If you engage us, project folders may contain drawings, schedules, datasheets, certificates, warranties, commissioning records and client requirements.

Please do not send special-category personal data, payment-card details or unrelated personal files. The website has no public upload form.

2. Why we use it

We use enquiry data to respond, assess fit, prepare a scope and keep an accurate service record. We use project documents only to audit, organise, assemble, revise and deliver the agreed handover outputs. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, meeting legal obligations and our legitimate interests in running a responsible B2B service.

3. File sharing and service providers

Clients normally provide access through their existing Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or equivalent private share. Access should be limited to the folders required for the job and removed after completion. We may use reputable email, cloud hosting, document processing, payment and professional-advice providers as processors or independent controllers where necessary.

We do not sell project files or use them to train public models. We do not place tracking pixels in outreach emails.

4. Retention and security

Working copies of project files are normally deleted within 30 days after final delivery, unless the agreed scope states a different period, a dispute requires preservation or the law requires longer. Quotes, invoices and accounting records are retained for the periods required by law. A minimal suppression record may be kept where a business contact asks not to receive further outreach.

We use access controls, private sharing and least-necessary access, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients remain responsible for retaining their original source documents and controlling their own links.

5. Business outreach

We may contact limited companies and LLPs at relevant published business addresses where the service appears relevant. Each message identifies the sender and includes a simple reply-based opt-out. We honour objections and maintain a suppression record to avoid re-contact.

6. Your rights and contact
